Please make use of this information to purchase foodstuffs. - We will charge you a cleaning fee if your room, bedding, etc. is seriously soiled. Please contact our staff using the tablet terminal in the facility before check-out so that we can cover the cost with Ryokan insurance whenever possible.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of travel insurance coverage. A full claim will be made to you at a later date, so please be sure to contact us to avoid any problems.
