Please note the low ceilings!
Our inn is an old private house built more than 100 years ago and is used as it is as an accommodation facility.
There are beams and ceilings at a height of 150cm, and it is very easy to bump your head.
If you bump your head, please do not get angry, but take a deep breath and think “Japanese people used to be short in height” and feel the history.
No noise during the nighttime
Please do not make noise between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., as it is a nuisance to the neighborhood.
Many elderly people in Koza go to bed early, and although 21:00 is early, we ask for your cooperation.
No parking on the street
Please park your car so that it fits within the premises.
If you cannot fit in the parking lot, please contact us for free parking in the neighborhood (8-minute walk).
Smoking areas
Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the courtyard.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the parking lot. Please be considerate so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Separating Garbage
Please cooperate in separating garbage.
Please put only burnable trash in the trash cans located in each room.
All other garbage should be placed in the garbage can next to the kamado. The rules for garbage separation are posted next to the garbage bins.
For detailed rules of garbage separation, please follow the rules of Kushimoto-cho (Garbage Separation | Kushimoto-cho).
Location of security cameras
Security cameras are located at the following locations in the lodge and are filming 24 hours a day.
Toilets
Instructions on how to use the restrooms are posted next to the facilities.
Adjacent office
The inn has an office adjacent to it, and the inn’s hosts may come and go.
The office and guest area have completely separate entrances, so the hosts never enter the guest area. However, the entrance to the office is located in the parking lot, so the hosts will have access to the parking lot.
The hosts are identifiable by the neck straps they wear, as shown in the photo below.
